Charming stay in the heart
The location is simply unbeatable—just a short stroll to dining options and attractions. Breakfast served at our table was rich and delightful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
While the room was comfortable, street noise did seep through at night, which could be bothersome. the shared bathroom setup was something to consider for privacy seekers.

i was almost ready to give a good review because the location is decent, but sadly, my room had a filthy shower and the drain just woudn't work properly. on top of that, there was no one to receive my key when i returned, which was totally unexceptional for a so-called 'hotel. '

The perfect central location made it easy to explore Trieste. The staff, from the reception to the breakfast service, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I appreciated having breakfast served directly to our table. the cappuccino and a rich selection made mornings enjoyable. The room was modern and clean, although it could have used better soundproofing since street noise was noticeable at night. The air conditioning did its job, but I found the temperature difficult to adjust. it’s a good spot for those prioritizing location and service, but some noise issues and fixed room temperature policies might affect comfort.

The breakfast here was delightful, served right at your table with a rich selection. It’s conveniently located right by the canal, making it super easy to explore nearby attractions like Piazza Unita d'Italia.
I faced a few hiccups during my stay. The shower was tiny and had drainage issues, which made things uncomfortable. Street noise was notably distracting at night, affecting my sleep quality. the room lacked adequate soundproofing. It was also a bit annoying having to wait to retrieve the room key when reception wasn’t around, which felt a bit unprofessional.

We stayed at a lovely room near the grand canal with our two girls. The breakfast was served at our table and offered delicious options. The location was ideal for exploring the city, with amazing restaurants around and cozy beds for a good night's rest.
My kids wished for a larger play area for downtime.
